- Oversee all firm operations including HR, accounting, and administration
- Manage payroll for via Paylocity
- Handle monthly bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations in QuickBooks
- Oversee accounting and ensure financial accuracy
- Manage benefits administration, insurance renewals, and 401(k) coordination
- Lead performance management, KPIs, and morale-building initiatives
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee relations for attorneys and staff
- Supervise administrative team and ensure operational workflow runs smoothly
- Collaborate closely with partners on firm goals, financial planning, and compliance
- Handle vendor contracts, lease renewals, and expense management
- Plan firm events and team-building activities to foster engagement
- 7–10 years of experience as a Law Firm Administrator or similar leadership role in a law firm
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational, financial, and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and maturity
