Position Title: Financial Planner
Salary: $90,000–$125,000 / Year, DOE Annual Bonus
We are seeking a Financial Planner to join our close-knit team and help serve a growing client base with over $1.2 billion in assets under management. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside experienced advisors, build trusted client relationships, and develop into a lead financial planner over time. During your first several months, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting both financial planning and firm operations before gradually transitioning into a larger client-facing advisory role. This role is ideal for a motivated financial professional with a strong passion for investing, financial planning, and long-term relationship management who wants to grow their career with a highly successful independent Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm.

Responsibilities
- Assist senior advisors with developing comprehensive financial plans for clients
- Participate in client meetings and gradually build relationships with existing clients
- Provide investment recommendations and financial planning support
- Open new investment accounts and assist with account administration
- Support operational and administrative functions as needed during onboarding and training
- Collaborate with advisors on client service initiatives and planning strategies
- Participate in client team meetings and become an integral part of ongoing client relationships
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of financial planning or wealth management experience
- Strong passion for financial markets, investing, and company research
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment after training
- Candidates currently working toward CFP certification (completed Level I or II) will also be considered
