The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of litigation experience, with a preference for experience in franchise and business law. Salary Range : $150,000 - $185,000 / year DOE
Business Litigation Attorney Requirements :
- 5 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for experience in Business Litigation, Franchise Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, IP Litigation, Construction Litigation, Insurance Defense, Employment, and Personal Injury
- Trial experience is required, including pleadings and depositions
- California Bar admission is required
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited university
- Must have hands-on litigation experience, including managing cases through trial
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A polished and professional demeanor, with a commitment to learning and growing in a new area of law
