Position Title: Attorney

Salary Range: $180,000 - $230,000 / Year DOE

Attorney Responsibilities

• Handle complex business litigation matters from inception to resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Advise clients on litigation risks, dispute resolution, and compliance issues
• Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality work product and client service
  
  

Attorney Requirements

• 5 years of experience
• Open to both plaintiff and defense work
• Trial experience
• Experience handling witnesses during trial, including direct examination, cross-examination, and questioning witnesses confidently in court
• Full-time availability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Barred in California
• Business litigation experience is preferred
