Salary Range: $180,000 - $230,000 / Year DOE

Salary Range: $180,000 - $230,000 / Year DOE
Attorney Responsibilities
- Handle complex business litigation matters from inception to resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Advise clients on litigation risks, dispute resolution, and compliance issues
- Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality work product and client service
- 5 years of experience
- Open to both plaintiff and defense work
- Trial experience
- Experience handling witnesses during trial, including direct examination, cross-examination, and questioning witnesses confidently in court
- Full-time availability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Barred in California
- Business litigation experience is preferred
- Medical Dental and vision coverage at 100%
- PTO of three weeks, totaling 15 days
