We're hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to run our floor day to day across both sides of the operation — inbound (receiving, put-away, forklift) and outbound (pick, pack, ship) and to lead the full floor team — up to about 18 associates, including the kit-making team as we grow.
This is a hands-on floor leadership role reporting to the Warehouse Manager. You'll supervise the floor — not pick, pack, or receive yourself, except in a genuine emergency. You'll keep orders shipping on time and accurately, keep inbound moving from dock to stock, and drive measurable improvements in pick-and-pack speed and wasted floor time. You'll start with a focus on inbound and kitting, and you'll be developed as the Warehouse Manager's second — ready to lead the whole floor in their absence.
What You'll Do
Lead daily inbound — receiving, put-away, forklift operation, and dock-to-stock turnaround — with accurate stock locations.
Oversee and align with the kit-making team, keeping them supplied for 5-packs, samplers, and singles — overseeing the room rather than doing the kitting yourself.
Lead pick, pack, and ship to meet our same-day shipping cutoff and hold our accuracy as volume grows.
Hold the daily priority order: the 3 PM same-day cutoff first, receiving second, and put-away/shelf-stocking third — fast enough to avoid stockouts.
Own a measurable efficiency mandate: improve pick-and-pack times and reduce wasted floor time.
Plan coverage and staffing across the weekly and weekend schedule and through promotional peaks.
Lead, schedule, coach, and develop the floor team; run regular 1-on-1s and clear performance metrics.
Step in to lead the entire warehouse when the Warehouse Manager is out.
What You Bring
3 years supervising a high-volume warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment floor, hands-on.
Direct experience across inbound (receiving, put-away, forklift) and outbound (pick-pack-ship) — or strong depth in one with real command of the other.
A track record holding same-day shipping deadlines and accuracy at volume.
Experience handling catalog or SKU growth, or high-volume new-item intake, without losing inventory accuracy.
Comfort with warehouse management systems and scanning-directed workflows.
A history of developing associates through coaching, metrics, and regular 1-on-1s.
Readiness to lead the full floor in the manager's absence.
Florida residency and the ability to work 100% on-site in Stuart, FL.
Forklift certification, or the ability to become certified.
Nice to Have
Warehouse management system implementation, or warehouse-automation (ASRS) experience.
Kitting, light-assembly, or promotional-fulfillment experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).

On-Site — Stuart, FL. This role requires Florida residency and full on-site presence.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 annually
