We’re looking for a high-energy, outgoing, performance-driven leader to manage our growing studio!
Our ideal GM is a strong multitasker who can lead, train, and motivate a team while creating an amazing experience for our members.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing & training staff
- Driving membership sales & studio growth
- Keeping the studio spotless and equipment in tip-top shape
- Building relationships with members & the local community
- Creating engaging social media content & being comfortable on camera
- Meeting goals and taking ownership of overall studio performance
