Role Overview
We are looking for two warm, reliable, and animal-loving individuals to join our team as Pet Concierges on Fridays and Saturdays. You will be responsible for the hands-on care and comfort of our boarding and daycare guests throughout your shift — ensuring every pet is safe, happy, and well looked after.
Location: Buckner, KY
We have two shift openings:
- Morning Shift — Opening through early afternoon
- Evening Shift — Afternoon through close
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome boarding and daycare guests upon arrival and departure
- Feed, hydrate, and administer medications per individual pet care instructions
- Monitor pets for health, behavior, and wellbeing throughout your shift
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming kennel and play areas
- Provide enrichment, socialization, and comfort to boarding guests
- Communicate any concerns or observations to the Operations Manager
- Deliver a warm, attentive experience to both pets and their owners
What We're Looking For
- A genuine love for animals — this is non-negotiable
- Prior experience in pet care, kenneling, veterinary, or a related field preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Calm and confident handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care instructions precisely
- Positive, professional attitude with great customer-facing communication
