What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aesthetic Nurse position at Boutique Aesthetic Practice?
What you’ll do:
• Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler injections with precision and a strong aesthetic eye
• Conduct thorough patient consultations, assess candidacy, and set realistic expectations
• Deliver informed consent and educate patients on treatments, aftercare, and risks
• Maintain meticulous, compliant documentation and charting
• Recognize and appropriately manage complications, escalating when needed
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients to support retention and referrals
• Collaborate with the practice owner on protocols, technique, and evolving treatment menu
What we’re looking for:
• Active RN or NP license in California, in good standing
• MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Demonstrated injectable experience (neuromodulators and dermal fillers required; biostimulators)
• Strong aesthetic judgment and an eye for facial balance and proportion
• Excellent bedside manner — warm, confident, and able to put patients at ease
• Meticulous with documentation, consent, and safety protocols
• Comfortable working in a small, close-knit, high-standards environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to help build something, not just clock in
• Strong social media presence
• Has own book of clients
