SKILLED WATERWORKS CREW FOREMAN
The Bourne Water District is seeking a motivated, skilled, and dependable Skilled Waterworks Crew Foreman to join our team! This is an opportunity to put your technical expertise and leadership skills to work while helping maintain the essential water infrastructure our community relies on every day.
We’re looking for a hands-on professional who can lead by example, guide and support crew members, and help ensure that projects, maintenance, and daily operations run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
From water distribution and pumping to treatment systems, this role offers a variety of challenging and rewarding responsibilities, including technical, operational, maintenance, and repair work both indoors and outdoors.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
o A valid Class D driver’s license
o A high school diploma or GED
o The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical examination, drug screening, and CORI check
STAND OUT WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates with the following licenses and certifications will receive priority consideration:
o Massachusetts Drinking Water Licenses: Distribution Grade D3 and Treatment Grade T1
o Massachusetts Cross-Connection Control Tester and Surveyor certification
o A current and valid Hoisting License 2A
o CDL Class A
o Previous Foreman Experience
COMPETITIVE PAY
Earn $39.00–$42.00 per hour, depending on licensing and qualifications.
