Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our team. Bilingual abilities and dealership or delivery driver experience are a plus. Duties
- Manage
parking areas, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently - Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle retrieval and parking needs
- Assist with vehicle inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance as needed
- Support dealership operations by delivering vehicles within the lot or to designated locations
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot area
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide exceptional guest services
- Support delivery drivers with vehicle movement and logistical support
- Assist in retail math tasks related to inventory management and sales transactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or retail is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is a plus
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely within dealership premises
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse clientele
- Experience in dealership operations or as a delivery driver is beneficial
- Basic cashiering skills including cash handling and retail math knowledge
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to commute to
parking facilities
