This role involves managing real estate transactions from contract to closing, with a strong focus on organization, client communication, and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Prepare review letters, real estate agreements, and closing documents
- Order title searches, surveys, and payoffs
- Coordinate with lenders, clients, realtors, and title companies
- Schedule closings
- Maintain and update files
- Respond to client and attorney inquiries in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 2 years of real estate paralegal experience
- Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Must know how to read and interpret title work and surveys with the ability to determine any issues to be resolved to transfer title
- Familiarity with title closing process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
