The job requirements would be showing up for work on time and dress business casual. This environment is fast moving and highly dependable on an extreme level of work ethic. A new applicant should expect to be in training from 3 to 6 months with the results being able to generate an extremely high level of yearly income. Provide world class level of customer service to every customer. Be able to learn and explain benefits of each type of home for sale (training on site). Keep detailed records of customer information and as well financial information from lenders.
Be able to obtain a Louisiana manufactured home sales license.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Assist with merchandising and marketing within the needs of the dealership
- Have a high level of understanding CRM utilization and follow a 4 step sales process
- Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments
Qualifications
- At least 2 years sales experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse client base.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience or leadership qualities are a plus for those interested in advancing within the team
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts accurately
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
