We are looking for a Weekend Supervisor!
This would be an hourly position and you would report to the Director of Nursing
Friday – Sunday : dayshift 7a.m – 7p.m with on call starting at 4p.m on Friday afternoon through 7a.m Monday morning.
The weekend supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a team. This includes scheduling, organizing, and managing work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with company polices and procedures, providing support as needed on weekends when necessary, and maintaining records regarding attendance. This person will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Detailed job duties include:
- Supervise the weekend staff and tasks.
- Weekend on call.
- Scheduling.
- Supervise employees in assigned areas.
- Follow all policies and procedures.
- Work or assist staff on floor as needed.
- Support management by providing feedback on performance training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with family, managers, co-workers, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
