Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team at our med spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a keen interest in enhancing client satisfaction through exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a flair for makeup application, and the ability to manage various aesthetic services, including esthetic laser treatments and dermal fillers. Experience with social media management is a plus, as we value candidates who can help promote our services online.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality esthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, and skin analysis.
• Perform esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Apply makeup for clients as needed, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services that align with client goals.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the spa.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Experience in a med spa environment is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in makeup application techniques.
• Familiarity with esthetic laser treatment procedures is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their concerns.
• Sales experience is beneficial for promoting services and products.
• Knowledge of Millennium software or similar management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $16.67 - $18.19 per hour
