Event & Rentals Coordinator (Part-Time, Seasonal – Ideal for College Students)
We are a growing floral and event design company seeking a reliable, organized team member to manage rentals and assist with event production.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, flexible scheduling, and being part of wedding and event setups. It’s a great opportunity for a college student, especially someone with increased availability during the summer months.
Responsibilities include:
- Pulling and preparing rental items for events
- Organizing and maintaining rental inventory and storage areas
- Counting, checking in, and cleaning rental items after events
- Assisting with event setup and teardown (Saturday availability required)
- Supporting floral installations as needed
Schedule:
- Flexible weekday hours based on event schedule
- Must be available most Saturdays for event setups
- Hours vary seasonally, with increased hours during peak summer months
Compensation:
- Hourly (based on experience)
Ideal candidate:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable and accountable
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Ability to lift and move rental items (up to 20 lbs)
- Reliable transportation to event sites
- Event or floral experience is a plus but not required
