Project Manager – Water ResourcesLocation: Richmond, VA (Hybrid options available)$90-$120,000OverviewA leading engineering and construction management firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Resources Project Manager to support its Roadway practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical highway-related projects across the mid-Atlantic region, contributing to the growth of a dynamic and expanding business line. Key Responsibilities•            Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, scientists, technicians, and subconsultants•            Oversee design and documentation in compliance with industry standards•            Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability; initiate corrective actions as needed•            Implement quality control and assurance procedures•            Coordinate with clients and represent the firm in public meetings and presentations•            Support proposal development, procurement efforts, and financial tracking•            Mentor junior staff and facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration•            Stay current with software, methodologies, and training needs•            Maintain project records in accordance with internal policies•            Participate in professional societies and industry events•            Perform on-site assignments and act as a representative of the owner Qualifications•            Minimum 8 years of experience in Water Resources engineering•            Proven leadership and client coordination skills•            Strong communication and supervisory experience•            Expertise in managing capital projects from design through construction•            Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD preferred•            PE License required•            Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field Compensation & Benefits•            Hybrid and flexible scheduling options•            Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on hire date•            Multiple medical plans with HSA contributions•            100% employer-paid short- and long-term disability•            Tuition reimbursement and continuing education support•            Generous PTO and paid holidays•            401(k), performance bonuses, and employee ownership opportunities•            Team activities including outdoor excursions, sporting events, and more To learn more, reach out to Jake at jake@instrideagency.com
