What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Program Manager with CPQ Exp - (Contract) position at Bounteous?
Bounteous is looking for a senior Salesforce Program Manager with CPQ experience to embed with one of our strategic enterprise clients and own end-to-end delivery of their Salesforce CPQ migration program.
You will run the program — stakeholder alignment, sprint cadence, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, RevOps, and IT.
This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where you represent the program at the leadership level from day one.
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
- Own the full delivery lifecycle of a complex, multi-workstream Salesforce CPQ implementation
- Drive stakeholder alignment across Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT leadership
- Manage delivery cadence, sprint planning, risk tracking, and escalation resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact between client leadership and the delivery team
- Keep the program on track and communicate status clearly to executive stakeholders
- 10 years in Salesforce program management, with direct hands-on experience owning CPQ implementations
- A track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream enterprise programs end-to-end
- Strong executive presence — you are comfortable representing the program in client leadership conversations
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-heavy Revenue Operations environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or ARM
