Boundless Energy is partnered with Home Depot, America’s #1 home improvement retailer, to help homeowners explore clean energy options. We are hiring Retail Solar Sales Representatives to greet customers, qualify homes, and schedule free solar consultations — all inside select Home Depot stores.
This is a high-earning, performance-based opportunity for motivated individuals who want to start a career in solar sales. No experience is needed — we provide full training.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Stand at an in-store Boundless Energy kiosk inside Home Depot
- Greet and engage with shoppers in a friendly, approachable way
- Ask a few basic qualifying questions to determine solar eligibility
- Educate homeowners about solar benefits (we train you on this)
- Set appointments for solar experts to meet with the homeowner (in-person or virtual)
- Track leads and performance in our system
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay
- Monthly income range: $4,000–$12,000 depending on performance
- No cap on earnings
- Weekly pay with performance bonuses
- Advancement opportunities into team leadership or energy consultant roles
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No prior solar experience required — we train you
