We’re hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager to represent AT&T and support both our customers and team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, taking on responsibility, and developing leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide information about AT&T services, and assist with account-related questions and enrollment. You’ll also work closely with the team to support day-to-day operations, help develop team members, and make sure customers receive a positive experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Assist with leading and supporting the team to meet daily goals
- Help train, coach, and encourage team members as they develop their skills
- Represent AT&T while working directly with customers
- Assist customers with account questions, service information, and enrollment
- Help customers with account setup and other account-related needs
- Support daily team operations and help keep things running efficiently
- Communicate customer needs, feedback, and team updates with management
- Help create a positive and professional customer experience
- Learn the business, leadership, and operational side of running a successful team
What We’re Looking For:

- Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
