Boundless Creative is a video production agency based in NYC crafting premium video content for brands shaping the future. We’ve worked with companies including a16z, beehiiv, Notion, Perplexity, and more. Our videos have garnered 50M views, won numerous awards, and produced content across 20 cities in 4 countries.
We're looking for a Video Editor Motion Designer to join our growing team full-time. You'll be cutting and animating a range of content, from commercial-style launch films to branded mini-docs to UI demos.
We're expanding quickly and need more support on both editing and motion design, specifically for our tech clients.
What You'll Do:
- Edit a range of launch films, branded documentaries, podcasts, and event coverage
- Build motion graphics and animated elements such as lower thirds, titles, data visualizations, brand elements, and UI animations
- Collaborate with the creative team, including our lead motion designer
- Manage fast moving projects and deadlines across different clients
- Organize and manage media efficiently
You'll Thrive If You:
- Have strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects (and Figma experience preferred)
- Have a sharp eye for detail
- Move fast without cutting corners
- Want to grow with a scaling agency
- Have experience with branded content, documentary, or commercial work (bonus if you've worked in tech or finance-adjacent spaces)
The Details:
- Pay: $65K–$85K/year based on experience
- Annual bonus

- Location: Our office is in Dumbo, Brooklyn, and hybrid work may be possible depending on the candidate
