What are the responsibilities and job description for the PARK MONITOR at Boundless Adventures Zipline & Aerial Adventure Park position at Boundless Adventures?
We are only seeking individuals who can work our Fall season through November with both WEEKDAY morning and WEEKEND availability.
Boundless Adventures is an aerial adventure unlike anything you’ve experienced before! With 9 total courses, you’ll find yourself challenging your boundaries as you swing, climb, balance, traverse and zip-line through our treetop adventure.
The Park Monitor always has safety top-of-mind. They are friendly with guests and fellow co-workers, and enjoy working collaboratively on a dynamic team in a supportive environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Harness guests of all ages
- Brief guests on park safety equipment
- Monitor guests as they traverse the park and courses
- Provide verbal guidance, encouragement and support in the air and on the ground
- Perform occasional guest rescues
- Safety inspections and documenting in all applicable areas accordingly
- Interacting with guests and providing excellent customer service
- Assist with youth summer camp activities
- Assist with keeping natural park environment clean
- Ability to react quickly in a variety of situations
- Enforce safety policies and procedures at all times
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18
- Must be willing to learn!
- Love challenging yourself!
- Enjoy working outdoors in all types of conditions
- Enjoy interacting with guests of all ages
- Love being part of a tight knit Team
- Comfortable with heights
- Can lift approx. 75 lbs
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS…
- Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications
- Prior zip line or ropes course experience
SCHEDULE
- Full-time (32 - 40 Hours), Part-time (16 - 32 Hours)
- 7 days a week
