Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair marine engines
- Perform annual service maintenance on outboard 4-stroke, 2-stroke, inboard/outboard, and inboard engines.
- Assist in rigging engines and accessories on new boats for sale
- Complete customer work orders for service, repair, or installs in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain and service rental boats
Skills
- Proven service technician experience with marine or vehicle maintenance environments.
- Strong understanding of schematics, technical drawings, and engineering troubleshooting methods.
- Mechanical knowledge of marine engines
- Customer service skills for client interactions.
