Boundary Racing Pumps is a small, fast-moving motorsports manufacturing business based in Royse City, Texas. We support performance enthusiasts and professional engine builders with high-quality products and responsive customer service.
The Role
We are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support front office customer communication and day-to-day shipping. This is an entry-level role and no experience is required. We will train the right person. If you communicate well on the phone, are dependable, and follow procedures with attention to detail, you’ll succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support
- Respond to customer and vendor emails in a timely manner
- Create invoices and assist with RMAs (returns/repairs)
- Take payments over the phone using our secure payment system and follow documented procedures
- Pack and ship products, print labels, and verify orders before shipment
- Maintain basic front-office organization (light cleaning, taking out office trash)
- Help the team by multitasking and keeping work moving during busy periods

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow step-by-step processes
- Comfortable with basic computer skills and learning new systems (email, invoicing, shipping software)
- Team-oriented attitude in a small-business environment
- Ability to lift and move typical packages (up to 40lbs)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Interest in motorsports, performance engines, or automotive parts
- Experience with shipping, invoicing, QuickBooks, or order processing
