Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with professionalism and warmth while following our steps of service
- Present menus, guide guests through food & beverage selections
- Deliver food & drinks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell and recommend pairings to enhance guest experience
- Maintain tables to the highest standards on cleanliness and order
- Work seamlessly with teammates and managers to exceed guest expectations
- Handle guest concerns with composure and respect
