Target total compensation for this role is approximately $120,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and performance-based incentives. Base Salary Range (CA): $40,000 - $60,000

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with EMS agencies, fire departments, police departments, and other public safety organizations in your territory.
- Provide product insights, demonstrations, and pricing support that reflect the urgency and precision of the field.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.
- Represent Bound Tree at trade shows, conferences, and industry events—becoming a trusted voice in the community.
- Experience in EMS, fire, or pre-hospital care—or a strong track record in outside B2B sales with a desire to serve a mission-driven customer base.
- The ability to connect with people who live and breathe public safety.
- A mindset focused on growth, service, and meaningful impact.
- The skill to simplify complex product information and present it clearly to diverse audiences.
