What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Security / Property Watch position at Bouncy Rentals USA?
We are looking for a reliable individual for a simple, on-site security position monitoring a commercial property.
No prior security experience is required. This is primarily an observe and report role and is a good opportunity for someone looking to get started in security or earn additional income.
What You'll Do
- Remain on-site in your personal vehicle during your scheduled shift
- Maintain a visible presence and monitor the building and surrounding property
- Watch for suspicious activity, trespassing, theft, vandalism, or other concerns
- Contact local law enforcement if an incident or suspicious activity occurs
- Notify management of any notable incidents
This is a non confrontational position. You will not be expected to approach, confront, chase, detain, or physically intervene with anyone. Your responsibility is simply to observe, report, and contact law enforcement when necessary.
