We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to help us run and scale our creat influencer campaigns here at Bounce.
Where you come in...
- Help set up campaigns based on goals and platform strategies
- Turn ideas into clear briefs for creators
- Learn to source and vet creators using data, keywords, and instinct
- Spot trends early and suggest creators or concepts
- Manage outreach from first message to negotiation and close
- Test messaging angles to boost reply rates while staying within budget
- Coordinate onboarding: timelines, briefs, contracts, and payments
- Keep creator relationships warm and conversations moving
- Track performance with internal tools, report results, and share learnings
- Pitch and create your own content ideas, especially for TikTok! (Optional)
- Active on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or similar platforms: you get what works where
- Curious and excited to learn the ins and outs of creator marketing
- Organized and self-motivated, with strong follow-through
- Not afraid to share ideas or feedback
- A good eye for content that clicks, visually and emotionally
- A genuine interest in travel, storytelling, and creator culture
- Some content creation experience (bonus)
- Basic video editing or filming skills (bonus)
- Real ownership on high-impact projects in a growing travel brand
- A chance to shape our early social strategy and learn by doing
