Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification and NJ license
- Outstanding clinical competence and judgement
Responsibilities:
- Conduct measurable assessments and create evidence based treatment plans to target skills that relate to the core deficits of Autism.
- Provide caring support to the caregivers to ensure they understand the assessment results and treatment recommendations.
- Customize behavior intervention plans for your clients
- Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Analyze ABA data regularly and implement data driven program changes
- Ensure the highest level of care through rigorous review of behavior plans, treatment plans, and clinical data.
- Share in joy of your client’s family as they watch their child reach his/her potential!
Salary : $85,000 - $96,000
