Duties
- Supervise daily store operations, including customer service, party preparation, scheduling, and cash handling procedures
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff through effective training, coaching, and performance supervision
- Oversee employee performance, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and onboarding processes to build a strong team
- Manage scheduling shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and maintain operational efficiency
- Monitor sales activities, party reservation, implement operation strategies, and support management initiatives to meet revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and cash handling procedures
- Conduct regular inventory control checks, stock replenishment, and maximize party visibility and sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience within the retail industry or guest relations industory
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills and able to delegate daily tasks to team
- Demonstrated skills in customer service excellence, team super, and training & development
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash register operations, inventory counts, and budgeting tasks
- Experience with recruiting processes including interviewing candidates
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Flexibility and able to work evenings and weekends
- Able to keep a clean environment and lift up to 50 Ilbs.
