Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding job that allows you to work with kids and youth in a fun environment? Bounce Academy Gymnastics in Yukon, Oklahoma is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Gymnastics Coaches/Assistants. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being active and working with children, this is the perfect job for you! Gymnastics experience is not necessary; we provide comprehensive training to all our instructors.
Responsibilities:
- Teach basic gymnastics skills and techniques to children and youth of varying ages and skill levels.
- Lead group classes and provide individualized support to help students develop their gymnastics abilities.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for participants
- Motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential
- Organize class activities and ensure equipment is set up properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized gymnasium.
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children and youth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work well with a team and collaborate effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 16 years old
