Boulo Solutions is partnering with a design build firm in Birmingham, AL looking to hire a Revit Associate to join their growing team.
Role Summary
The Revit Associate is a foundational contributor to the Design team, directly supporting Project Leads and Design Associates in the production of architectural deliverables using Revit and other visualization tools. You’ll translate design intent into constructible models and renderings, helping bridge conceptual ideas with field-executable reality. Your work shapes client perception, clarifies project details, and supports our integrated delivery across modular and traditional construction.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, and who takes pride in visual clarity, technical rigor, and adaptive learning. You will report to a Project Lead and interface across architecture, preconstruction, and construction functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Model architectural and modular systems in Revit with precision and efficiency
- Generate coordinated drawings and detailed views to support permits, pricing, and field execution
- Create visual representations of design proposals, including renderings and diagrams
- Track personal time daily and manage deadlines across multiple projects
- Research materials, codes, and construction methods as assigned
- Execute deliverables assigned by Project Leads and contribute proactively to team problem-solving
- Maintain fidelity to the firm’s platform standards and Revit process best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce clear, buildable, and timely design packages

Qualifications
- Proficient in Revit, with working knowledge of Lumion, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite preferred
- 1–3 years of professional experience or relevant technical training in architecture, design, or drafting
- Understanding of basic construction and building systems
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned to project goals and team rhythms
- Portfolio demonstrating technical drafting, 3D modeling, and visual storytelling
