Role Snapshot (First Shift)

• Program advanced parts in Mastercam 2026 for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical/horizontal mills and lathes.
• Translate prints, sketches, and design models into efficient toolpaths and robust manufacturing plans.
• Engineer fixtures/workholding to secure complex geometries.
• Author setup instructions, process drawings, and tooling lists to enable repeatable execution.
• Support setups, operate as needed, and fine-tune processes to achieve tight tolerances.
• Guide the technical approach on large projects as they move through the shop.
  
  

Must-Haves

• 5 years in aerospace manufacturing.
• Expertise with Mastercam 2026, including solids-based programming.
• Hands-on turning and milling proficiency.
• Experience machining high-temp alloys such as Inconel and titanium.
• Understanding of special processes: heat treating, plating, and non-destructive testing.
• Ability to read and apply GD&T.
• CAD skills; SolidWorks experience is beneficial.
• Clear communicator who adapts well to change and supports the team wherever needed.
