Our private General Dental Practice is seeking a DEPENDABLE multi-tasking front desk team member to join our practice. We want someone that is looking for long term employment. We specifically are looking for someone We are looking for a experienced dental front desk superstar that has great people skills combined with a positive spirit to work at the front desk as the Treatment Coordinator to fill the doctors schedule, check in/out patients and answer phones, amongst other tasks. We use Dentrix for our practice management software. You will be supported by a great team and dentists committed to providing the best quality care and making sure our workdays are personally fulfilling.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily tasks of the front desk area which include answer phones, scheduling appointments, checking in/out patients, etc.
- In charge of filling and maintaining schedules for 3 doctors
- Confirming and filling dental appointments by ways of phone and electronic communication (Dental Intel/Modento)
- Entering and reviewing treatment plans with patients and work out payment plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- Previous experience presenting treatment plans and understanding PPO insurances is a must!
- Proficiency in maintaining a full doctor schedule in Dentrix or similar practice management software is a plus
- MUST be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong understanding of dental terminology is a plus
