Boulevard Automotive is seeking talented, driven individuals to enhance our growing Sales Department. This division's role is to provide our customers with product presentations, a guide through the vehicle buying process, and maintaining relationships after the sale to ensure customer retention. Our goal is to create a world-class experience for each customer, with every interaction.

Compensation: hourly offset by commissions bonuses. Great opportunity
Employment type: full-time
rotating schedule with 2 days off each week.
Qualifications Include:
- Track record of productive experience in the fields of automotive, business development center (BDC), sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing, internet navigation, file management, and ability to demonstrate multi-tasking
- Ability to learn, retain, and use technical product information.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
Expectations for Daily Production:
Inbound and outbound calls daily outbound emails daily
Achievement of daily Appointment, Presentation, and Write-up quotas

The Sales Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
