What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Bread Baker position at Boule Bakery?
Boule Bakery is looking for a weekend bread baker! We are a growing bakery located in Saint Johnsbury. The right candidate does not necessarily need bread baking experience but should at least have an interest in baking. Extensive training will be provided.
Must be available Saturday and Sunday from 5 am to 1 pm. Hours may have some flexibility but the days do not. There is an opportunity to pick up weekday shifts in the kitchen doing pastry prep for the right person
There is room to grow here, and many opportunities for creative freedom. The job mainly consists of mixing, shaping, and baking all our breads, mainly sourdough loaves. You would also be making baguettes and croissant dough.
