What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bread Baker position at Boule Bakery?
Boule Bakery is looking for a bread baker! We are a growing bakery located in Saint Johnsbury. The right candidate does not necessarily need bread baking experience but should at least have an interest in baking and some kitchen experience. Extensive training will be provided.
Must be available Thursday through Monday from 6 am to 2 pm. Hours may have some flexibility but the days do not.
There is room to grow here, and many opportunities for creative freedom. The job mainly consists of mixing, shaping, and baking all our breads, mainly sourdough loaves. You would also be making baguettes, croissant dough,focaccia, and some other pastry when needed.
