Since 1968, BoulderCentre for Orthopedics & Spine has proudly served Boulder, Broomfield, and the Colorado Front Range with top-tier musculoskeletal care. With 16 fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons and 2 physiatrists, we are the region’s most preferred orthopedic team and we’re growing!
We’re looking for a fellowship-trained Spine Surgeon who is passionate about patient-centered care, collaboration, and enjoying the Colorado lifestyle.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Completion of an accredited Spine Surgery Fellowship
- Eligible for Colorado medical license and DEA certification
- Demonstrated excellence in surgical skills, clinical judgment, and patient rapport
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help grow spine services in the region
What You’ll Do
- Perform cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries
- Diagnose and treat complex spine disorders and injuries
- Partner closely with pain management, physiatry, therapists, and orthopedic subspecialists
- Participate in call and help grow spine services across the Front Range
