**Key Responsibilities**
- Build authentic, supportive relationships with participants
- Provide mentoring and advocacy for participants, assist in discovering their strengths,
- Facilitate individual recovery coaching sessions and support groups
- Provide recovery-based resource navigation (housing, MAT, counseling, employment,
- Model and maintain ethical boundaries, recovery-centered behavior, and respect for all
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all participant interactions & other
- Actively participate in supervision, trainings, and team meetings
- Serve as a positive representative of Peer 180 in the community
- Help plan and support events, outreach, and education efforts
- Follow all Peer 180 policies, including confidentiality and safety procedures
- CPFS- Colorado Peer and Family Specialist Credential or in process of obtaining
- Ability to connect authentically with others, while maintaining professional boundaries
- Strong understanding of the recovery landscape, including harm reduction and multiple
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- High emotional intelligence and resilience
- Comfortable facilitating groups and/or public speaking
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on tasks
- Teachable, self-aware, and open to feedback
- High acuity or criminal justice (CJ) coaches may need additional training (e.g., crisis de-
- Family coaches should be comfortable working with loved ones of individuals in recovery
- Some roles may require travel across Mesa, Delta/Montrose
- Must pass background check (CJ-specific roles may have additional compliance
**Minimum Requirements**
- Lived experience in recovery, with a minimum of 2 years of continuous recovery

- Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation
