Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and retail math is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume service periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
