Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our amazing team here at Boulder Ridge! The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall dining experience and maintaining the bar's operational efficiency.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
• Operate the Aloha POS system for processing orders and managing cash transactions efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests seated at the bar.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of bartending techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments such as cocktail lounges or banquet settings while maintaining composure under pressure.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
