Riverside RV Resort in South Weber, UT is looking for part time hospitality clerks to join our team for 20-30 hours a week. As part of a committed team, you will be an essential part of creating a positive and memorable guest experience. You will have the most interaction with guests, and therefore have the potential for greatest impact on the guest experience as you greet and assist guests with checking in/out, making purchases, addressing questions and concerns, etc.
As part of the Riverside RV Resort team, you will:
- Ensure that all interactions with guests and staff are professional and positive.
- Greet arriving guests and ensure they are checked in promptly and accurately.
- Answer phones and take reservations, answer questions, give directions, etc.
- Cashier for store items and services.
- Basic clerical/administrative tasks involved in running an office and/or RV park.
- Make guests aware of amenities of the park and goods, services, and attractions in the area.
What that will make you a great fit:
- Have a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and friendly disposition.
- Ability to speak and understand English is required. Bilingual a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs.
- Campground experience a plus.
- Experience with CampLife campground software a huge plus.
- Living on-site in your RV a plus.
