Testing Psychologist in Growing Private Practice
Summary
Our small private practice is growing! We’re looking for a capable individual who’s ready to provide psychological and neuropsychological testing services for our clients. Given our small size, there will be opportunities to expand your treatment knowledge and interventions to be provided. There is also ample room to work remotely and in-person at our Boulder location with the possibility of providing service in Denver, Fort Collins, and beyond.
Work Schedule
40 hours per week, flexible, full-time schedule.
Pay & Important Information
- Starting compensation of $90,000-$130,000 annually
- 21 days of PTO (federal and state holidays included)
- Spanish-speaking language differential (TBD)
- W-2 Employee w/health insurance benefits. IRA after 2 years of employment.

- Additional training in neuropsychology available and encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Administration of adaptive, psychological, and neuropsychological testing.
- Complete a minimum of ten evaluations per month on average.
- Providing services to a wide range of clientele including those who are correctionally involved and/or receiving coverage through Medicare and Medicaid.
- Independently implement a semi-flexible battery of testing measures that are culturally sensitive in nature.
- Coordinate care with other members of the client’s treatment team when necessary to include referrals.
- Maintain accurate billing and files through our EHR system.
- Participate in team meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required.
Educational Requirements
- Internship, and postdoctoral experience administering psychological and adaptive testing measures. Internship must be APA-Accredited.
- Preferred Experience: Administration of neuropsychological testing.
- Required Education: Doctorate degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or school psychology (APA-Accredited)
- Required Licensure/Certification: You must have or be working towards licensure in psychology. Individuals currently completing their postdoctoral fellowship are encouraged to apply.
