A DAY IN THE CLASSROOM
As a Substitute Teacher
- Collaborate with co-teachers to create high quality experiences for the children in your class
- Meaningful experiences include time in our art studio, taking children to the farm to feed the goats, cooking with fresh food from the greenhouse
- Fostering meaningful social experiences between students as they are learning to develop friendships
- Partnering with parents and families in our community to best support all the children in our school
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is a part-time (up to 20 hours per week), year-round position with an hourly range of $17.45-$24.05 per hour commensurate with experience and education. Hours vary weekly. Employee benefits include a 403(b) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting and an employer match up to 4% substantial staff discounts, as well as plentiful time off (sick, holidays, vacation based on hours worked and company policy).
The anticipated closing date for this position is April 30, 2026.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Our teachers work together in a co-teaching team while performing regular duties. You will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
