Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Commercial Roofing Installer with a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing systems. As a key member of our roofing crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and metal roofing components. This position involves working with both hand tools and power tools, as well as operating job-specific equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, and metal copings
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment
- Assist in roof preparation, including tear-offs, insulation placement, and surface cleaning
- Follow blueprints, specifications, and supervisor instructions to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Travel to local job sites as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience required
- Familiarity with EPDM, TPO, and other commercial roofing systems
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- OSHA certification or safety training is a plus
