- Mentor team members and collaborate with machinists and engineers to achieve quality objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on high-precision projects for energy, aerospace, and heavy equipment sectors.
- Experience with dimensional inspection and metrology tools.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T.
- Ability to analyze and document inspection data accurately.
