$2.50/hr for weekend shifts
Boulder Community Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - for Imaging & Interventional Radiology- to provide quality, evidence-based practice, direct patient care in Interventional Radiology, CT, MRI, US, Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging departments.

Qualifications
ICU / IR experience required.
Valid Colorado Registered Nurse license.
BLS required by end of conditional period.
ACLS certification required by end of conditional period.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care in conformance with current recognized nursing practice, procedures, policies and established standards of care.
Enhance the quality and timeliness of patient care by working cooperatively with other personnel.
Review all pre-procedural tests to assure patient safety. Incomplete or unusual findings are reported to the radiologist and documented prior to procedure.
Starts IV's and access and discontinue access of Ports.
Monitor patient conditions continuously for immediate recognition, interpretation and management.
Administer intravenous sedatives for procedural/moderate sedation and titrate medications.
Facilitate inter-departmental communication with staff and physicians.
Assist Anesthesia during MRI Sedation cases.
Monitor and assist pacemaker patients during MRI exams.
