$20.76 - $31.15 an hour - Fulltime - 32 hours a week (Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4pm)

Boulder Community Health is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support for the Human Resources, Occupational Health, and Employee Health departments. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and visitors, assists with scheduling and communications, manages employee health records and documentation, and supports Employee Health services while ensuring exceptional customer service and confidentiality.

Qualifications
Graduate from a Medical Assistant program, or
Colorado LPN license in good standing, or
Pass a national Medical Assistant Certification exam.
BLS certification required by the end of conditional period

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors; answer questions and direct inquiries appropriately.
Answer phone calls and emails for Employee Health, Occupational Health, and Human Resources.
Schedule appointments and manage employee communications.
Provide patient care within scope of licensure.
Create employee, provider, volunteer, and credentialed staff ID badges.
Educate employees on Employee Health and Workers' Compensation processes.
Communicate vaccination requirements and schedules.
Maintain confidential employee health records, documentation, data entry, and filing.
Process, route, and manage incoming faxes, messages, and medical forms.
Support injured or ill employees by directing them to appropriate resources.
Maintain office operations, supplies, equipment, and work order requests.
Assist with follow-up scheduling and rescheduling to support continuity of care.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to confidentiality standards.
