The new Canyon Grille is looking for Bussers to support our Front of House team! Our state-of-the-art facility will open in late spring 2026.
Bussers play a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized dining environment and supporting servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure efficient service and an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Clears and resets tables promptly and efficiently after guests depart
- Cleans and sanitizes tables, chairs, booths, and surrounding areas
- Assists servers and bartenders by refilling water, delivering food when needed, and removing used dishes
- Transports dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware to the dish area following proper sanitation procedures
- Restocks service stations with clean dishes, glassware, silverware, napkins, and condiments
- Assists with maintaining cleanliness of the dining room, bar area, and service stations throughout service
- Supports opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned
- Helps maintain a safe, organized, and clutter-free work environment
- Assists with guest needs when appropriate and communicates issues to servers or management
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive, professional demeanor
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience not required
