bould design is an award-winning industrial design studio building category-defining products for brands like nest, roku, and eero. we’re a small, tight-knit team of designers who care deeply about craft, collaboration, and impact.
we’re looking for a dependable, organized, and thoughtful office manager to keep our studio running smoothly and support our team day to day. this is a flexible hybrid role—we’re open to part-time or full-time depending on the person. we care most about finding someone who is kind, energized, capable, and excited to be part of our creative environment.

what you’ll do
- maintain a clean and organized, well-supplied, and welcoming studio
- manage office purchases, deliveries, and vendor relationships
- prepare client invoices
- track expenses, project budgets and timesheets
- support our team with hr coordination, onboarding, and scheduling
- support team event planning and execution
- help with recruiting logistics and other team ops
- jump in wherever needed to keep things flowing smoothly
schedule
- work from home mondays (optional)
- in-studio tuesday–thursday
- fridays off (or flexible depending on your availability)
