Duties
- Assist in supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Support employee orientation and onboarding to ensure new team members are well-trained and confident
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer inquiries promptly
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Support management in budgeting, sales management, and operational tasks to meet store goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, supervision, or assistant management roles within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic math skills
- Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development processes
- Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, merchandising, and store operations management
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and confidently
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends; shift management experience is preferred

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
